ONLINE TRAINING CLASS REGISTRATION

We require a 50% deposit to enroll in a class. If the class should be moved due to low enrollment or cancelled, we will offer an alternative class. Should the alternative class not work with your schedule or you do not want to take that class, we will refund your payment.

Please ask your veterinarian to fax your dog's vaccination records to us at 312-765-9971 prior to the first class, or bring them with you to the first class to ensure the safety and health of all participants.

I understand the following vaccinations are required in order for my dog to attend a training class:

I understand that my dog must be friendly with people and dogs to enroll in a group training class (does not apply Reactive Dog class).

Payment: I understand that I must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to enroll in the class; the remaining balance is due by the first class.

Class Refund Policy: Due to limited space, no refunds will be given after the first session of class attendance or if cancelled within a week of class start date. If you have a medical emergency, we will work with you to move to another class or to receive private consultation for the remaining class credit. If you move classes for other reasons, transfer and/or prorated class fees may apply. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, unless we have to reschedule due to low enrollment.

Attendance: Class duration is kept short to accommodate busy schedules, kindly plan accordingly as we build on behaviors from one week to the next. If an emergency arises and you must miss a class, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early the following week to see brief demonstrations of previous weeks' new cues. If you are unable to attend at least 65% of the weekly classes for non-emergency reasons, your dog will not be considered a graduate of the class.
